Need States c / How might ism's overlay onto, and impact upon, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs? While Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs was never intended to present a relative proportionality of its identified needs (eg. one part self-actualisation needs for every ten parts physiological needs) considering what specific needs various ism's prioritise and de-prioritise might allow us to better recognise the material and non-material implications of differing ways of life. NB. Interpretations are entirely subjective based upon my own perception of each example ism and acknowledge contradictions and misinterpretations exist within these examples ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Creative Commons Attribution: You are invited to publish, reference or iterate this c licensed material for non-commercial purposes as long as you follow the license conditions.
